I understand that my child has applied to take part in the Volunteer Camp Anokijig Junior Staff Leadership Program. I support their desire to take part in this program and I will assist through guidance and supplying any of the required signatures on camp forms.

I authorize Camp Anokijig to investigate my child’s personal, criminal, or work history. I also authorize the companies, schools, or persons named by my child to give any information they may have regarding my child, whether or not it is in their records. I hereby release said companies, schools, or persons from all liability for any damage for issuing this information. I understand that any misleading or incorrect statements on my child’s application may render my child’s application void. If revealed after acceptance to a position this may result in removal from the program.

I fully understand and agree that the submission of this application does not obligate Camp Anokijig to offer my child a position in this volunteer program, obligate my child to take part in this program, or continue to accept my child’s services in the future.

I understand and agree that the Junior Staff position at Camp Anokijig, although a volunteer one, is one that is integral to providing the best Anokijig camper experience. I understand that once confirmed for camp sessions the camp will be relying on my child’s participation and will obligate my child to attend those particular sessions. I agree to do everything possible to ensure their attendance to complete their commitment to the program.

I also understand that if accepted to a Junior Staff position the primary point of contact with Camp Anokijig will be My Child through the email supplied on their online application. I will rely on my child to relay pertinent information to me as necessary.

Transportation to and from camp, for staff training and confirmed sessions is the responsibility of each participant. If you are flying to travel to Anokijig and need assistance with transportation arrangements please have your child check the box on the application, as well as contact our offices early in the planning process (920)893-0782 to discuss options.
